    You chalk it up to a learning experience and you buy another phone. They ripped you off plain and simple. The ESN, (Electronic Serial Number) on the phone is not clear and the owner has to do that before you can use it.

    Okay, someone sold me Motorola Photon. They claimed that it was ready to activate. When I tried to activate it, Sprint said it was still attached to that person's account. Turns out, the user thought that they completely deactivated the phone from their account, when in reality, they just cut off service and the phone is still on their account. I cannot get in touch with this person, and I wanna put this phone on my account ASAP. What do I do? Please help!
