    One year ago I am much interesting in this game but there created some issues with the net work.Even replacing my ascend second(11)with the ste score just to resolve my this problems.

    You can try dialing *228 and pressing SEND when you're in an area with good signal. That can usually fix problems like that, but since you've already switched phones, it sounds more like a network issue. It's possible a tower in your area went down. Is there anyone else with Cricket Wireless in your area that is having issues?

    I recommend sending an email to [email protected] with a detailed explanation of the problem. Make sure you include your phone number, AID (this is a verification number for security purposes), approximate location where you're having issues, and troubleshooting steps you have already performed, such as taking out the battery, and dialing *228.

    I've been using Cricket for almost a year now, but have recently started having issues with the network. I just replaced my Ascend II with the ZTE Score and thought it might help resolve the issues, but it hasn't.

    My 3G status will fluctuate from 1X to nothing at all. I'll try to send or receive calls and text messages. My calls won't go through and I"ll get a network busy message. Or if someone tries to call me it goes straight to my vm. Text messages will time out and I'll get an error message.

    When I do successfully get through, my people say they can't hear me very well and then the call will drop. It's very annoying.I take the battery out while it's still on to try to resolve the issue. It works for a little while, but then the problem starts all over again.

    I am also having issues with the headset. Guess I need to get a bluetooth, but when I'm on a call or checking my vm, random numbers start getting punched in even though I'm being careful not to touch the screen to my ear.

    I called Cricket support and they were no help at all. I tried to explain my situation to the tech person, who basically said they could hear me fine and told me it was basically me hitting the phone while I was talking. I got so frustrated I hung up on them.

    My daughter is having a lot of health problems so I am using my phone a lot so it's been very frustrating not being able to use my phone in a consistent manner.
