Hi everyone,

I am working on a student project based around the idea of enabling cell phone users to switch carriers without an ETF, even if in a contract.

Is this something that you would be interested in? I am trying to collect primary research data to gauge interest.

I have a short survey (1-2 min) to collect responses. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this idea as well, so post your comments in this thread! I'm going to post the survey in each of the Big 4 Carrier boards to see if users from each of the carriers have different responses.
