The first thing I would check is the battery. Is it fully charged? If it doesn't hold a charge at all then you need a new battery. Are the contacts connecting with the phone itself?

I was fixing to add files to my phoenix and had to go rescue our dog.(long story) Anyway, by the time I got back to what I was doing, my phone woudnt do anything!!! Now the only time it will even show the LG screen is when it is plugged in. I cant even get a hard reset on it. What hppened?? How do I fix it, or do I??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P!!!!
