    Using the Keyboard


    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Dialer tab if it’s necessary.
    3. Type in the number you’d like to call.
    4. And finally, tap the Phone icon to make the call.
    5. If you want to call one of the contacts found in your phone book, go to the Home screen and tap the All apps icon -> tap People -> touch the name that you’d like to call.

    Blocking Calls


    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Now touch the Contacts icon.
    3. Select the name of the contact that you’d like to block.
    4. Press the Menu icon.
    5. And select All calls to Voicemail.

    Enabling Outgoing Caller ID

    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Tap Settings -> Additional settings -> Caller ID -> select Show number.
    Restricting Outgoing Caller ID
    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Tap Settings -> Additional settings -> Caller ID -> tap Hide number.

    Assigning a Picture ID

    You can assign picture IDs only to the contacts that are saved on your phone, not on your SIM card. Follow the next easy steps if you want to assign a picture to a contact:

    1. From the Home screen, tap Phone.
    2. Touch the Contacts icon.
    3. Select the desired contact.
    4. Tap the picture of the desired contact.
    5. And select one of these options:

    Gallery: go to the desired image location -> adjust the size of the frame and tap Save.
    Camera: frame your subject -> take the picture when you’re ready -> tap the frame border and adjust the size of the frame -> tap OK when finished.

    Setting a Ringer ID

    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Tap Contacts.
    3. Select the desired contact.
    4. Press the Menu icon and tap Set ringtone.
    5. Choose the ringtone that you want to set and tap OK.

    Turning Call Waiting ON or OFF


    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Press the Menu icon -> Settings -> Additional Settings -> and tap Call waiting to enable this feature. Tap again if you want to disable it.

    Call Forwarding

    To cancel call forwarding

    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Press the Menu icon -> tap Settings -> Call forwarding -> tap Always forward -> tap Disable.

    To forward all calls


    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Press the Menu icon -> Settings -> Call forwarding -> tap Always forward -> enter the number where you want to forward to calls -> tap Enable.

    To forward only certain calls/conditional forwarding


    By enabling this option, if you can’t answer a phone call because you’re busy, unavailable, or don’t reply, the call will be forwarded automatically to a different number.

    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Press the Menu icon -> Settings -> Call forwarding.
    3. Select one of the following options: Forward when busy, forward when unanswered or forward when unreachable.
    4. Enter the number where you wish to forward your calls and tap Update.

    To forward your calls to the voicemail

    1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Press the Menu icon -> Settings -> Call forwarding.
    5. Select one of the following options: Forward when busy, forward when unanswered or forward when unreachable.
    3. Enter the number of your voicemail. For T-Mobile, the number is +18056377249.
    4. Tap Update.
