Setting Up Your Personal Email

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email. You will see a notice, read it and tap I agree if you agree with the terms and conditions.
2. Touch the Menu icon -> tap add email account -> and select the email account that you want to add. For the purpose of this tutorial, let’s say you choose Yahoo Mail. Don’t worry, though, the steps are pretty much the same for any type of email account.
3. In the Email address field, type in your email address.
4. In the Password field, type in your password.
5. When finished, tap Sign in.

Setting Up a Corporate Email

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email.
2. Touch the Menu icon -> tap add email account -> and select advanced setup.
3. In the Email address field, type in your email address.
4. In the Password field, type in your password.
5. Now tap next and select the type of email account that you want to set up.
6. Enter the account preferences and when ready tap sign in.

Note: You may be required to check Secure Connection SSL connection box. Also, in case you receive a prompt asking you to type in information such as server address, domain name, etc, contact your IT professional to find out that information.

Sending an Email

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email.
2. Tap the plus sign (+).
3. Enter the recipient’s email address in the To field.
4. In the Subject field, enter your subject.
5. Tap the body of the email and start composing your message.
6. When finished, tap Send.

Including an Attachment to Your Email

1. Follow the steps 1 to 5 from “Sending an Email”.
2. While composing the email, tap the Attachment icon located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the desired gallery.
4. Choose the photo that you want to attach.
5. Tap OK -> then tap Send.
6. Keep in mind that when sending a video, your smartphone will compress it automatically.

Replying to an Email

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email.
2. Select the email to which you want to reply.
3. Then tap the Respond icon located at the bottom left side of the screen.
4. Select the method that you want to use.
5. Compose your email and tap Send when ready.

Forwarding an Email

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email.
2. Choose the email that you want to forward.
3. Tap the Respond icon located at the bottom left side of the screen.
4. Then tap Forward -> enter the address where you want to forward your message and tap Send when you’re ready.

Sending an Email to a Group

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email.
2. Swipe your finger left or right until you see the together screen.
3. Select the desired group and tap send email.
4. Select the email type that you want to use. For example, Hotmail, Yahoo or Google.
5. Next, enter the subject of your email in the Subject field.
6. Tap the email body and compose your message.
7. When done, tap Send.

Deleting an Email

1. Go to the Start screen and then tap Email.
2. To mark an email for deletion, tap to the left side of the email type.
3. Select the emails that you want to delete and tap the Recycle bin icon located at the bottom of the screen.

Linking Accounts

1. Go to the Start screen and tap Email.
2. Touch the Menu icon -> tap link inboxes and then tap the email accounts that you want to link.
