Farrah - The two most popular GSM network providers are AT&T and T-Mobile. You might be able to purchase the N8 through one of them and save yourself some money by signing a 2-year contract.

you can use the N8 on GSM networks.

These are the bands it supports:
    GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
    HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100

I've been reading about the Nokia N8 and I'm loving what I'm reading! A 12 MP camera with a Carl Zeiss lens, video recording capability AND integrated video editing software, plus it's a phone! It's even more affordable than I thought it would be, at just $300 dollars on Amazon's website. But which carriers can I use it with?
