Create a New Group

1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Groups -> then press the Menu key and select Create.
3. To name your group, tap Group name.
4. You can even assign a specific ringtone to this group and then every contact from it will have this specific ringtone. To do so, tap Ringtone -> tap Default ringtone, Sound or Phone Ringtone to select the new ringtone.
5. Then tap Save.

Editing a Group

1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Groups and tap the group that you’d like to edit.
3. Then press the Menu icon and select Edit group.
4. To change the name of the group, tap the Group Name.
5. To change the ringtone, tap Ringtone.
6. When you’re done editing the group, tap Save.

Deleting a Group

1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Groups -> press the Menu key and select Delete.
3. Tap the group that you’d like to delete or tap Select all if you want to delete all the groups.
4. Then tap Delete and select Group only or Group and group members. The latter option will also delete the contacts of the group.

Adding a Contact to a Group

1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Groups -> and select the group where you’d like to add the contact.
3. Then tap the plus sign and select which contact or contacts you want to add to the group, or tap Select all if you want to add all of them.
4. Then tap Add and your selected contacts will be added to the group.

Removing a Contact from a Group

1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Groups -> and select the group that you’d like to edit.
1. Then press the Menu icon and select Remove member.
2. Now select the contact or contacts that you wish to remove from the group, or just tap Select all if you want to remove all the members of the group.
3. Then tap Remove.

Sending a Message to Group Members

1. From the Home screen, tap Contacts.
2. Tap Groups and select the group that you’d like to see.
3. Then press the Menu key and tap Send Message.
4. Tap the contacts that you’d like to mark as recipients and then tap Send.
5. A new message will open that has the marked contacts as recipients. Create your message and then tap Send again.
