I have a mobile stick with 3g sim and i used to connect by a software called mobile partner the service providing company used to contact me and monit? The trick is i went to the start menu to the network and sharing center and i pressed the connect option so it loaded for a while then it gave me that it needs an username and password and an access point ,what i did that i ignored the password and the username field and i filled the access point with the official website of the server company and it worked so since then i connect to internet without mobile partner software.
