Actually, I forgot - they both use the Sprint network, so coverage will probably be very similar. I guess it comes down to customer service, which is probably as very similar. So in other words, it's not going to matter much either way.

Oh, and get insurance for the phone. I got mine for my S III from here: http://www.ensquared.com because it was a little cheaper.

I'm in northeast Pennsylvania. My sister had Virgin Mobile before and she had coverage (talking) in our city and out in the country about half an hour away. Don't know how it is now, that was about 5 years ago. Anyways, both the coverage maps look 100% exactly the same in every single place. I'd post a link but I don't have 10 posts.

It depends on where you live. I would check the coverage maps of both Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile. Sometimes the phone doesn't matter as much as the coverage by the network.

I'm 14 and have never had a cell phone before, and my parents won't buy me one. I'm literally the only kid at school out of like 800 kids without a phone. I'm going to save my money and try to get one. It has to be prepaid. So whats better, Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile?

Both are the same price of $270. Only reason I'm leaning towards Virgin Mobile right now is because they have a $35/mo plan for 300 minutes and unlimited text/web. Also I've heard Virgin Mobile has "delayed texts" occasionally.. is this true?

Which company is the better choice here?
