You may not be able to get Adobe Flash from the Google Play store anymore. Here is how to get it.

    1. Go to Settings > Security and check the box for "Unknown sources - allow install of apps from sources other than the Play Store"
    2. Download the latest version from this page to your phone: Archived Flash Player versions (as of this writing it is 11.1.115.48)
    3. Go to notifications and click on the install_flash_player_ics.apk file you just downloaded and click install
    4. Once this is complete check that things are working by going here

    Notes:

    • Flash may not work in all browsers (Chrome) running Jelly Bean, but it should work with the stock browser.
    • This should work with Android JB 4.1.x, but there may be some stability issues since it was made for 4.0
