It sounds like you'll have to do that hard reset which means you'll lose all data but you'll be able to use the phone again.

That's the name of the phone, Samsung Restore

Have you tried plugging the phone into your computer to see if you can get anything off of it? Do you have a microsd card in it?

Here's how to reset it to default: Perform a Master Reset - Samsung Restore.

What kind of phone do you have? I think the reset procedure is the same on all samsung mobile phones? I used to help my brother with his Galaxy Ace before. You can try this and see if it helps:

Press Volume up + Power Button + Home.
Now use the volume keys to go to "Wipe data/Factory reset" from the menu, and press the home button to select the action
It should restore your phone to its default settings.

If it doesn't work, try this:

    1. Turn the POWER OFF, take the battery out and put it back in
    2. Simultaneously press Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons
    3. When the Samsung Symbol appears, release the Power button
    4. A Boot Menu will show, now use the volume up/down to choose "Wipe data/Factory reset" and press the home button to select.

Depending on your phone's model, the reset wording/terms should show differently but the idea is to reset the phone to factory state or wipe out the data.

I just backup my phone using Keis. I don't know any other way to do it for now.
