The only way I've found around this is to use a different keyboard, like the swype one. :/

settings > language and input > keyboard and input > default > swype

Ever since I updated to 4.1.2 autocorrect has been acting extra funny. I already know it no longer replaces words automatically. However, if you type a sentence, then use the backspace or select a work manually by hitting it, whole words in the middle of sentences are replaced.

    Here's an example:

In this case the middle word "now" was replaced with "working" which also replaced half of "autocorrect".

Anyone else seeing this and know of a solution?
