If he saves all of his videos to a "cloud" or "skydrive", he should be able to access them anytime, anywhere. It's also a lot safer for your phone to save them that way.

That's right, connect your iphone to your computer and sync it to your iTunes. When it's done connect your new iPhone to the same computer and sync it. That will save the videos you have from the old iphone to the new one.

Use iTunes. It should do the trick when you sync your media files into a new phone.

You should be able to transfer the video off of the phone by plugging it into the computer. iTunes should open automatically - make sure the option to sync video is selected.

My grandson is wanting to get a video that he forgot to transfer from his old iPhone before activating his new one. Does anyone know if he can possibly do this and if so how?
