Here's the basic difference between the two:

• some of the graphics and transitions are different.
• may be a little bit faster (project butter)
• Improved notification system
• Google Now is pretty neat

I find myself using Google now more than I thought I would. It's a little creepy at first, but you expect it to be working after a while.

can someone give me some good reasons to want to go from ice cream sandwich to jelly bean. I hear this action will be available soon.I am quite satisfied with my current OS.but I have this itch to always wanting the latest of anything. is there a big enough difference to warrant the change.
