You can port a number as many times as you want even if you have an outstanding balance with your existing carrier.

I have ATT I want to switch to H20 wireless and have my cell phone number transported. I was wondering if you can transfer your number more than once. If I would want to go to straight talk later and have already transfered my number once can I do it again to a different carrier?
