Way I see it is as long as I honor my 2 year contract and service it's my phone and they should keep their nose out of it,,,

Just don't want problems if we sell them,,,

You can call AT&T and ask, just to make sure.

Please let us know what they say.

I'm not certain, but I would think you can sell them. You will still be in a contract, and as long as you plan on staying with your current phone or getting a new phone at full price, I don't see why you can't sell them. The new customer would need to get their own SIM card since you should keep yours just in case personal information can be accessed or if they can use your AT&T account with it.

Just did our upgrade for 5 Samsung S4 phones, not sure we want to keep them all.

Question is can I sell them?

Nothing has or will change on our service, we still have 5 smartphones and will for the 2 years of the contract (have had these phone numbers since 1997)

Do "I" have to activate them before selling them, or can the new owner activate them?

I assume the simm card is still the "ME" part of the deal meaning my info and phone number?
I see that I can NOT unlock them now by law,,,

Lot of stuff has changed since my last upgrade so I am lost as of now,,

    THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!!
