    I agree, I think that is part of the problem with battery life. I just got a new phone, but I know with my old phone the screen would take up approximately 50% of the battery according to the battery usage on the phone.

    It can depend on the phone. If it's a powerful phone it will most likely use more power than a basic flip phone. They will also use different batteries with different capacities.

    But Samsung android phones doesn't have good battery life. They last only for 4 to 5 hours.

    According to my experience yes, samsung products usually have long battery life. This is one of the advantages of Samsung as for me.
