To sync your calendar, contacts, and albums between Facebook and your phone, follow these steps:

1. Pull down your notification bar, hit settings (gear in the upper right)
2. Go down to Accounts and select Facebook
3. Log in with your Facebook username and password
4. Authorize the Samsung app
5. Select the sync interval settings and choose the intervals for sync that you want for each
6. Press back and then done in the upper right
7. Select the contacts sync setting (if you choose to sync contacts) and select sync in the upper right
8. Your phone will now sync everything - it may take a while depending on how many contacts & albums you have and your data connection speed

If you previously had your Facebook events & friend's birthdays synced with your calendar on your Galaxy SIII, but found that things are different on your S4:

1. Pull down your notification bar, hit settings (gear in the upper right)
2. Go down to Accounts and select Facebook
3. Select Sync interval settings -> Calendar sync interval -> select an interval (do the same for albums and contacts if you want to keep them up to date on your phone as well)
4. Your phone should now sync with your Facebook calendar
