Hello, I use the boost mobile network with a sprint evo 4g phone. Today, my phone would not get an internet connection. I decided to shut it off and reboot it, and now it just continues to come off and on, and it never shows any icons on the screen. Just resetting over and over again. I took the battery out and reinserted the micro sd card. I saw an youtube video to do a hard reset, but have not done that yet because I am afraid I will lose everything, including my connection, since it is a sprint phone that has been programmed on the boost network. ANY IDEAS PLEASE? Thanks!
