    Setting Up Corporate Email

    1. Go to the Apps screen and drag down the Top Frame/Notifications Bar.
    2. Then tap Settings -> tap Accounts -> tap the Menu icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen and touch Add Account.
    3. Tap the Advanced icon located at the bottom of the screen and select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
    4. In the Username field, enter your username.
    5. In the Email address field, enter your email address.
    6. In the Password field, enter your password.
    7. Then tap Server Address and enter the server address.*
    8. Tap Next and select the preferred account syncing options -> select to sync your Email, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Memo as desired.

    *Note: In case you’re not sure what is the server address, contact your IT professional to retrieve this information.

    Setting Up Personal Email

    1. Go to the Apps screen and drag down the Top Frame/Notifications Bar.
    2. Then tap Settings -> tap Accounts -> tap Email, Calendar and Contacts.
    3. Then in the Email address field, enter your email address.*
    4. Then tap Next.
    5. In the Password field enter your password and tap Next.
    6. Select the desired syncing options. You can choose to sync your Emails, Calendar or Contacts. When ready, tap Done.
    7. Now swipe up the Bottom frame and curve to the right in one continuous motion.
    8. You emails will appear in the BlackBerry Hub stream -> access them by swiping right to the Hub menu and selecting the email account that you wish to view.

    Note: For the purpose of this tutorial we’re going to select Gmail. But don’t worry as the steps are pretty much the same for any other email provider, you will just encounter minor variations.

    Switching Between Email Accounts

    1. Open the BlackBerry Hub and from the Hub menu, select the desired account.
    2. To return to the Hub menu, swipe right and then select the email account you would like to switch to.
