E911 is a system used by 911 to locate you. Having this enabled will only allow 911 to see where you are with the phone's GPS. Location On is what you want set for Cricket Navigator.

I'm not sure about the horoscope app...

What is the difference or what does this mean? In the settings you have a choice of your phone being on "E911" or just "Location On". Which one should it be on when I am using the "Cricket Navigator" app? Next question....How do you edit the info the apps have? Like the "Horoscope" app that is on the "Home Screen" along the left side of the screen. How do you change the month? Thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer.
