    Transferring Files between Internal Storage and SD Card

    Transferring Files from Internal Storage to SD Card:

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Select "My Files"
    3. Tap "All files"
    4. Tap "sdcard0" to access your handset's internal storage
    5. Navigate to the desired folders and / or files. To select files or folders, mark the checkbox associated with these files
    6. Press the "Menu" icon located at the top-right corner of the display
    7. Select "Move". Note: to create duplicates of the selected file(s) or folder(s) tap "Copy" instead
    8. Tap "extSdCard" to access the installed microSD card
    9. Navigate to the location where you wish to move the previously selected content
    10. Tap "Move here" or "Paste here" depending on what option you've picked at step 7

    Transferring Files from the SD Card to Internal Storage:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
    2. Select "My Files"
    3. Tap "All files"
    4. Select "extSdCard" to access your microSD card
    5. Navigate to the desired files and folders, then tap the checkbox associated with them
    6. Press the "Menu" icon located at the top-right corner of the screen
    7. Select "Move". Alternatively, select "Copy" to create duplicates of the selected files
    8. Tap "sdcard0" to access your handset's internal storage
    9. Navigate to the location where you wish to transfer the content to
    10. Select "Move here" (or "Paste here", depending on the situation)


    Transferring Files between Computer and SD Card

    Transferring between PC and SD Card:

    1. Connect your smartphone to your Windows machine using the USB cable that came with your phone
    2. Drag the status bar on your smartphone down, then tap "Connected as a media device" and tap "Media device"
    3. On your computer, click on "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Navigate to the desired folder inside the SD card.
    5. "Cut" / "Copy" the desired files inside the SD card and "Paste" them in the desired location on your PC
    6. Safely disconnect your smartphone when finished

    Transferring Files from Mac to SD Card:

    1. If you don't have Samsung Kies software installed on your Mac, visit samsung.com/kies and click on "Download for Mac OS" then follow the on-screen instructions
    2. Connect your smartphone to your Mac. On the smartphone's screen, drag the status bar down and tap "Connected as a media device", then checkmark the "Media device" option
    3. Open Kies on your Mac
    4. In Kies, click the "Folder" icon located at the right of "External memory". (Note: "Internal memory" represents your smartphone's on-board storage, not the SD card). Navigate to where you wish to add the files
    5. Open your computer and select the desired files.
    6. Drag and drop these files into Kies
    7. When finished, safely disconnect your device from your Mac
