hi when I tap and hold the email account I want to delete I don't see the word delete only the word synic can you help please thanks Pinkieplum

Adding an Email Account

1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
2. Then tap Settings -> tap email+accounts -> touch add an account and then scroll down to and tap advanced setup.
3. In the correct fields, enter your email address and password and then tap next.
4. Tap Internet email and fill in the following fields with the necessary information:
5. Account name, Your name, Incoming email server, Account type, User name, Password, Outgoing (SMTP) email server.
6. Then tap advanced settings and clear the following options if necessary: Outgoing server requires authentication, Use the same user name and password for sending email, Require SSL for incoming email, Require SSL for outgoing email.
7. Finally, select if you want to Download new content or Download email from and when finished -> tap sign in.

Adding a Live Account

1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
2. Then tap Settings -> tap email+accounts -> touch add an account -> touch Microsoft account and then tap next.
3. Enter your email address and password in the designated fields and if necessary, clear the Allow Microsoft to email me information, tips and offers check box.
4. When finished, tap sign in.

Deleting an Email Account

1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
2. Then tap Settings -> tap email+accounts and then tap and hold the account you want to delete -> tap delete. -> touch delete again to confirm.

Turning on and turn off email notifications

1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
2. Then tap Settings -> tap ringtones+sounds -> tap the New email field and select one of the following options:
   
   • If you would like to turn on notifications, select the desired alert sound.
   • If you wish to turn off notifications, tap none.

Attaching Files to Email Messages

1. From the Start screen, tap the tile for the desired email account.
2. Then tap the New message icon.
3. In the To field, enter the recipient's email address.
   
   Tip: You can tap the Add icon if you want to select a contact from your phone book.
   
   
4. In the Subject field, enter the subject message.
5. In the message field, enter the text of your email.
6. Tap the Attach icon and select the file you would like to attach -> touch the Check mark icon and when finished, tap the Send icon.

Deleting Email Messages

1. From the Start screen, tap the tile for the desired email account -> tap and hold the email message you wish to delete.
2. Then touch delete.
