    PUK Code Management

In case you have entered your PIN code incorrectly for several times in a row, then your device will block you from attempting again, until you provide the PUK code in order to unlock the PIN. To get a PUK code you need to:

    1. Get in touch with T-Mobile Customer Care to request the PUK code
    2. Enter the PUK code on your device then press "OK"
    3. Type in the new PIN code and select "OK"
    4. Re-type the new PIN for confirmation, and once again press "OK"

Related Errors (cases in which you need a PUK Code):

    • "PIN code blocked. Enter PUK code"
    • "Enter PUK code"
    • "SIM card locked. Emergency calls only. Please contact Customer Care"
