    Adding a POP3/IMAP Email Account:

    1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Apps" icon
    2. Select "Mail" and then perform one of the following:

      • If this is the first email account you are adding, tap "Other (POP3/IMAP)"
      • If you have previously added an email account, tap the "Menu" icon on the screen > "New account" > "Other (POP/IMAP)"

    3. Type in the desired email address and password in the appropriate fields and then tap "Next"

    Sending an Email Message:

    1. While viewing the Home screen, tap the "Apps" icon
    2. Select "Mail"
    3. Select the desired email account (if necessary)
    4. Tap "+" to start a new email
    5. Optionally, if you wish to loop in more recipients in a carbon copy (Cc) or a blind carbon copy (Bcc), tap the "Menu" icon and select "Show Cc/Bcc"
    6. Type in the subject of the mail and then compose your message
    7. If you wish to add an attachment, tap the "Attach" icon and select a file
    8. When ready, press "Send". If you wish to send the message later, tap "Save" instead

    Resuming a Draft Email Message:

    1. Access your email account inbox
    2. Tap the "Menu" icon
    3. Select "Folder" > "Draft"
    4. Tap the desired message
    5. Edit the message as you desire, then tap "Send"

    Reading and Replying to Email Messages:

    1. While on the home screen, tap the "Apps" icon
    2. Tap "Mail"
    3. Select the email account that you wish to use
    4. In the inbox, tap the conversation and message that you wish to read
    5. To reply, tap "Reply" or "Reply to all" if there are more recipients


    Working with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

    Adding a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Account:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
    2. Select "Mail" and perform one of the following:

      • If this is the first time you are adding an account, tap "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
      • If you have already added an account previously, tap the "menu" icon > "New account" and tap "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"

    3. Type in the Exchange ActiveSync account details and then tap "Next"
    4. Select the desired sync options and tap "Next"
    5. Type in an account name, then press "Finish setup"

    Setting Your "Out of the office" Status:

    1. Switch to your Exchange ActiveSync account
    2. Tap the "menu" icon and then select "Out of the office"
    3. Press your current office status, and then tap "Out of the office"
    4. Select the desired times and dates
    5. Type in the desired auto-reply message
    6. Tap "Save"

    Sending a Meeting Request:

    1. On your Exchange ActiveSync account, tap the "menu" icon
    2. Tap "New meeting invitation"
    3. Enter the meeting details as you see fit
    4. Press "Save" when ready
