Most of the dual SIM android devices available in the market nowadays are dual SIM standby (can't handle two calls at the same time); however, there are some models that come with this features. HTC and Samsung and the main brands that offer this function, check for HTC Desire 816.

Hi there,

I have a couple of things that I'm looking for. Firstly I need a phone where I can have two active sim cards working at the same time which could tell me which number is being called, if that's at all possible.
Preferably the phone would be dual core, around 400x800 resolution, Android version 4.0+, pretty mid range stuff.
