    The following tips can be applied to all Nokia Lumia phones including the 800, 710, 900, 910, 610, 920, 820, 810, 510, 822, 620, 505, 520, and 720

TIP #1: Transferring contacts from an old phone to a Nokia Lumia:

    1. From the home screen, slide your finger across the screen to the left. This will bring the 'Applications' menu up.
    2. Select the 'Contacts Transfer' app. NOTE: This method uses Bluetooth, so in order to use this feature you must enable Bluetooth on your old phone prior to using the 'Contacts Transfer' app.
    3. Once your Nokia Lumia locates the old phone via Bluetooth, you will be asked to pair the devices.
    4. Once paired, your Nokia Lumia will ask if you would like to transfer your contacts. Selecting 'Yes' will initiate the transfer.
    5. Once complete, you can find your contacts in the 'People Hub' section on your Nokia Lumia.

TIP #2: Connecting your Nokia Lumia to existing social networks:

    1. From the home screen, slide your finger across the screen to the left. This will bring the 'Applications' menu up.
    2. Select 'Settings' and from here, select 'emails + accounts'.
    3. You will be given a number of accounts to add, such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for social networking. Select an option and fill out the appropriate details.

Done! Your added social networks will automatically update available information to your contacts.

TIP #3: Setting up your e-mail on your Nokia Lumia:

    1. From the homescreen, slide your finger across the screen to the left. This will bring the 'Applications' menu up.
    2. Select 'Settings' and from here, select 'emails + accounts'.
    3. You will be given a number of accounts to add, such as Windows Live, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Outlook, and Nokia Mail. Select an option and fill out the appropriate details.

TIP #4: Use Skydrive on your Nokia Lumia:

Any file that is saved to your phone can also be saved to SkyDrive, a cloud-based storage feature. With up to 25GB of online storage space, you can store virtually anything and access it from anywhere.

    1. For a saved document, file or picture, click on the '…' icon next to the file.
    2. From here, you have the option to select 'Send to SkyDrive'. Done!

TIP #5: Reorganize your Nokia Lumia home screen:

    1. Select the tile you wish to move and press and hold it.
    2. This tile should now be floating above the rest. Drag the icon to where you wish it be placed.
    3. Press anywhere on the background to “cement” the tile in place.
