I didn't know that Alltel plans still existed. Im betting that if you update your phone they will try to move you off of that plan and into the new tiered data plans.

Have Alltel LG Xpression with unlimited talk/text/data $40 a month. Unable to upload pics to facebook. Can I change to a Samsung Delve and be able to upload pics to facebook with same plan?
