    Yeah unfortunately with the basic Android build you're not going to get features like that. So, unless you want to buy a higher end Android phone, the next best thing is apps like this. I'm sure there are others you could experiment with.

    Thanks for this, but my research shows that this is a paid app eventually and that many people have had problems with it. In my opinion, my phone should offer this as standard, as did my last phone.

    Having just bought a new Electrify through US Cellular, I am finding it very difficult to try and organise individual ringtones for incoming text messages. I have just changed from a Blackberry Torch to the Motorola. My question is, is it possible to set up individual tones for text messages? Yes, I know that I can set up a tone for text messages, but can I set up a specific tone for texts from person A and another for texts from person B?
