    It sounds like the phone is having trouble getting a signal from the nearest tower. When you move it's probably having trouble switching between the two. I would back everything up and do a hard reset. If you don't want to do that then remove all the apps and other data that isn't necessary.

    I've also had so many kinds of other problems with this phone, I'd get a different model if I could afford it. The phone frequently freezes while running apps, and most importantly it will occasionally fail to receive ANY texts or phone calls until it is powered off and on again. These problems have been recurring since I bought the phone almost 2 years ago.

    I'm not sure about different locations, it actually started around the same time I moved to a new area so that may be the problem. I've never reset the phone, but I just got info on how to do that and I'm trying it now. According to the tech support person I talked to, it sounds like the volume decreases substantially so I'm not muted completely it's just so low that it is incomprehensible.

    It happens with every call even if you're in different locations? When is the last time you reset your phone?

    Recently, I've been having problems with my voice cutting out (the person I'm speaking to is unable hear me for approx. 10-30 seconds). I can still hear them, but it's happening every single phone call after about 5 minutes, which is starting to get very annoying.

    Anything I can do to remedy this?
