    Thanks for your reply. Yes google play is the only one not working. I clear my cache, data, history, cookies and passwords everyday. And did so again and tried to access googplay and the same thing.
    I will try turning off data for a few minutes and see if that works. I will let you know if it works. Thanks again

    Are you sure you can access the internet on your data connection, and that the Play Store is the only one not working? If so, then you could try a couple of tricks to try and fix the issue.

    Clearing Play Store Cache / Data:

    Press the "Menu" button > Settings" > "Applications" > Manage Applications" > Select "Google Play Store" and tap "Clear data" and "Clear cache". Note that, you may need to sign in again with your Google account.

    You can also try to turn off data connectivity on your smartphone for a few minutes, then turn it back on and try again.

    I can not get google play to run off my data but it works fine when connected to wifi. I have no other problems anywhere else. It says no connection. Phone is a note i717 running on straight talk. It worked before. Thanks
