Thank you for the response. I don't know how to "like" so I'll just say it, I like your help. It is Google navigation. I will try the audio and look at the website. I have an inquiry in to Subaru. There is no audio, either from the navigation system or from Galaxy's "S Voice" when the blue tooth is activated AND the car ignition is on. So I can't have the navigation working with audio and still take phone calls.
    Thanks again,

Oh, and I assume you're using Google Navigation?

Just to be clear, there is no navigation audio coming through the phone when the bluetooth is linked to the car?

That's very odd - I wonder if the car is trying to get the A2DP profile and not working correctly. When the phone rings does it go through your car? Can you play music through the radio from the phone? If so, A2DP is working.

btw, I have my SIII paired with an Audi and haven't had any issues like this, however I am only using HFP (hands free profile). I'm not familiar with Subaru's newer bluetooth systems, but there may be an option in there somewhere to disable 'media profile' or something like that. This might help: http://www.subaru.com/content/downlo...ish_051309.pdf

    Cell Phone: Galaxy Slll
    Car: Subaru Outback 2013
Problem: The phone works well with the Blue Tooth in the car. The navigation system audio on the phone works well EXCEPT when the car ignition is on AND the Blue Tooth is activated. If the ignition is on and the Blue Tooth off, the navigation audio works. No voice is heard when the ignition AND Blue Tooth are on. My Verizon dealer tells me it is the car. The car dealership has no idea what's wrong. The navigation on the screen is fine under all conditions. Only the voice is affected.
