It sounds like these are photos that you have viewed and were saved to a cache on the phone. I would try clearing the cache partition.

How do I stop my Facebook friend's photos from syncing with my computer when I plug in my S4? It looks like they are random photos that have been uploaded to their timelines. The same photos are not in my photo gallery. Anyone know why this is happening?
