Ok.. someone was telling that there is some sites you can go on and get them for free cuz its the people that make them (I guess that's the term) but when I went to it the site was closed down and I forgot the other name of the site but they did not end with "dot com" or anything I have hard of .. I've heard of people cloning phones and then intercepting calls. At the very least you would need the ESN or IMEI number of the phone.
