    Are you using the right cable (the one that came with the phone)? You might be using a cable that is only for charging and not for data.

    Also make sure the phone is in MTP mode for USB settings. You might have to reboot after you make this change.

    I'm not really sure why, but when I connect my GS4 to my computer nothing happens. It looks like the phone is charging, but I'm not asked to install any drivers or anything. It's also not coming up in the device manager. I tried installing the Samsung USB drivers, but that didn't seem to help. I've also tried different settings on the phone for the USB mode. Nothing.

    Help!
