Transferring Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a connection between your smartphone and PC via USB
    2. Drag the "Notification" bar down if necessary, and tap "Media device (MTP)"
    3. On your computer, in the AutoPlay window, select "Open device to view files"
    4. Open the "Phone" storage
    5. Open a new Windows Explorer window, and browse to where the desired media files are stored on your PC
    6. Copy the files and paste them on your phone's storage. NOTE: ringtones should go in the "Ringtones" folder, notification sounds in "Notifications" etc. If these folders are missing from the phone's root directory, create them manually
    7. Once the files have been transferred, click the USB icon in the system tray and safely disconnect your smartphone from your PC

Changing the Phone Ringtone via Settings:

    1. While on the home screen, press the "All apps" icon
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Go to "Sound" > "Phone ringtone"
    4. Browse through your audio files and tap the one that you wish to set
    5. Tap "OK" to confirm

Changing the Ringtone from the Music Player:

    1. Open the "Apps drawer" from the home screen
    2. Tap "Music" and open the music library
    3. Select between "Albums", "Artists", "Songs" etc.
    4. When you've found the desired song, tap the icon associated with it (looking like a right triangle)
    5. Tap "Set as phone ringtone"

NOTE: you can also assign a song as your phone's ringtone, while the song is playing. To do this, press "Menu" and select "Set as phone ringtone"

Assigning a Custom Ringtone to a Single Contact:

    1. While on the home screen, tap the "All apps" icon
    2. Open the "People" app
    3. Browse through your contacts and tap the one you wish to assign the ringtone to
    4. Press "Menu" > "Set ringtone"
    5. Select the desired ringtone or audio file
    6. Tap "OK" to confirm your selection

Changing the Ringtone, Notifications and Alarm Volumes:

    1. From the home screen, tap "All apps"
    2. Tap "Settings" > "Sound"
    3. Drag the volume sliders associated with "Ringtone & notifications", "Alarms" etc and set them to the desired levels
    4. Press "OK" to save the changes
