Using iTunes to Transfer iPhone Contacts:

iTunes is a great tool that not only allows you to purchase and listen to music. It also offers syncing options and with the help of the software, you can easily transfer your iPhone contacts to an Android device. To use this method, you need access to a computer with iTunes installed. To grab the client, visit the official Apple website. To use this method:

    1. Launch iTunes on your PC
    2. Use the proprietary USB cable to connect your iPhone to your computer
    3. After the connection is established, your iPhone will appear in iTunes
    4. Click on the device to view the summary page, and then go to the "Info" tab
    5. Mark the check box associated with "Sync Contacts With", and then select "Google Contacts" from the drop-down list
    6. Enter your Google account's username and password if you haven’t done so before. Alternatively, click "Configure" and choose a previously added account
    7. Click "Apply", and iTunes will start syncing your iPhone contacts to your Google account
    8. Switch over to the ZTE Blade Q Mini and register the same account used in iTunes. If you need to add it, go to "Settings" > "Accounts"
    9. Allow Google to sync the contacts with your Android device, and you're all set

Using iCloud to Transfer iPhone Contacts:

iCloud is a versatile backup service that offers the option of exporting your iPhone contacts in the form of a VCF file. If you've used iCloud before and have an account, then your contacts have already been backed up. To use this transfer method:

    1. Open your Internet browser on your computer and visit
    2. Log in with your iCloud account
    3. Click "Contacts" to access the contact list
    4. Select the contacts that you want to export
    5. Click the icon depicting a cog wheel, and select "Export vCard"
    6. A VCF file will be downloaded on your computer
    7. Once downloaded, import the VCF file to "Google Contacts". Otherwise, you can skip this step and perform the following:
    8. Connect your ZTE Blade Q Mini to your PC via USB, copy the VCF file to the "sdcard" directory, open the "Contacts" app, tap "Menu" > "Import / Export" > "Import from SD card". Then, select an account and choose the desired VCF file. Complete the operation by tapping "OK"

    Using the "Bump" Application:

Bump is a really interesting app that is capable of transferring contacts through the cloud. As such, you don't need Bluetooth, NFC or access to a computer, but you are required to have an active Internet connection on both smartphones.

    1. Download "Bump" on your iPhone, from the App Store
    2. Install the same app on your ZTE via the Play Store
    3. Open the application on both devices, and allow permissions when prompted
    4. Pick up the iPhone and swipe to the contacts section
    5. Select the contacts that you want to share
    6. Once the "Bump Now!" message appears in the upper-right area of the screen, gently bump the two smartphones together
    7. A "Connect" button will now pop-up on both devices. Tap it and your iPhone contacts will be transferred over to the ZTE Blade Q Mini

Using the "My Contacts Backup" Application:

My Contacts Backup is yet another iOS application that gives the user the ability to transfer iPhone contacts via email. Once again, for this method, there's no need for a computer.

    1. On your iPhone, visit the App Store and download "My Contacts Backup"
    2. Open the application and tap "Backup". This will result in a VCF file that contains all the contacts on your iPhone
    3. Once the backup file is created, tap "Email", and the VCF file will be attached to a new email
    4. Use your own Gmail address as the recipient, and send the email to your address
    5. Switch over to the ZTE Blade Q Mini, and download the VCF attachment
    6. Import the contacts from the VCF file through the "Contacts" application
