Transferring Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the G Flex to your PC via USB
    2. On your handset, tap "Media sync (MTP)" when prompted
    3. From the AutoPlay window that appears on your PC, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Open another Windows Explorer window and locate the files that you want to copy from your PC
    5. Copy the files, and paste them in the first Windows Explorer window (on the phone's storage). NOTE: you can add notification sounds in the "Notification" folder etc.
    6. Once the transfer is complete, click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon located in the system tray
    7. Click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" > "OK"
    8. You can now disconnect your smartphone from your PC

Setting a Custom Ringtone for All Calls:

    1. Transfer the desired audio files from your PC as explained above
    2. While viewing the home screen, press "Menu"
    3. Tap "System settings" > "Sound"
    4. Tap "Phone ringtone" under "Ringtone & Notifications"
    5. Select the ringtone that you wish to assign. NOTE: remember that audio files that you've transferred in the "Ringtones" folder will be show under "My Ringtones"

Setting a Custom Ringtone to One Specific Contact:

    1. After transferring the desired audio files, tap the "Contacts" icon from the home screen
    2. Choose the contact that you want to edit
    3. Tap "Edit"
    4. Tap the "Ringtone" drop-down menu
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap "OK"
    6. Tap "Save"

    Setting a Custom Notification Sound:

    1. From the home screen, press the "Menu" button
    2. Tap "System settings" > "Sound"
    3. Under "System", tap "Notification sound"
    4. Choose the desired notification sound. NOTE: audio files that have been transferred in the "Notification" folder will be listed under "My Notifications"

NOTE: if the box is grayed out, you need to change the "Sound Profile" from "Silent" to "Sound"
