    Managing Contacts

    Adding a New Contact:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab and press the "+" icon
    3. Select "Device", "SIM" or "Google" as the location where you want to save the contact
    4. Tap the "First name" field and enter the contact's name
    5. Type in the contact's phone number in the appropriate field
    6. Add any additional information that is relevant to you
    7. When ready, tap "Save"

    Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon from a home screen
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
    3. Press the "Menu" key and tap "Speed dial settings"
    4. Select the dial pad number you want to assign
    5. Choose the contact that you wish to link to the previously selected dial pad number

    Importing Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Import / Export"
    4. Tap "Import from SD card"
    5. Select the desired location / account as the location where you want to import the contacts and tap "OK"
    6. Choose either "Import vCard file" / "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
    7. Tap "OK" and if necessary, select the desired vCard files and tap "OK" once more

    Exporting Contacts to the SD Card:

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
    2. Access the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press "Menu" > "Import / Export"
    4. Tap "Export to SD card"
    5. Press "OK" to confirm

    Importing Contacts from the SIM Card:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
    4. Tap "Import from SIM card" and select the location where you want to import the files, then tap "OK"
    5. Mark the check boxes associated with the contacts that you want to import. Optionally, you can tap "Select all"
    6. Press "Done"

    Exporting Contacts to the SIM Card:

    1. From the "Contacts" app, go to the "Contacts" tab
    2. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
    3. Select "Export to SIM card"
    4. Choose the contacts that you want to export or tap "Select all"
    5. Press "Done" > "OK"

    Deleting a Contact:

    1. Tap "Contacts" while on a home screen
    2. If necessary, tap the "Contacts" tab
    3. To delete contacts located in a specific list, such as Google contacts, press "Menu" > "Contacts to display" and select the desired option
    4. Press "Menu" > "Delete"
    5. Mark the check boxes next to the desired contacts, or tap "Select all"
    6. Tap "Delete" > "OK"

    Caller Group Management

    Creating a New Contacts Group:

    1. Open the "Contacts" app
    2. Tap the "Groups" tab
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Create"
    4. Type in the group's name
    5. Press" Add member" and mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you wish to add
    6. Tap "Done" > "Save"

    Adding Contacts to an Existing Group:

    NOTE: in order to add a contact to a group, the contact needs to be saved on a Google account or on your phone's internal memory

    1. Press "Contacts" from the home screen
    2. Go to the "Groups" tab and select the desired group
    3. Tap the "+" icon and press "Menu" > "Edit" > "Add member"
    4. Mark the check boxes associated with the contacts that you want to add, or tap "Select all"
    5. Tap "Done"
