    Contact Management

    Adding a New Contact:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" app located on the home screen
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab and press the "+" icon
    3. Select the location where you want to save the contacts, such as "Device", "SIM" or "Google"
    4. Tap the "First name" field and type in the contact's name
    5. Enter the contact's phone number in the appropriate field
    6. Edit the contact and add any additional information
    7. Tap "Save" when ready

    Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
    3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Speed dial settings"
    4. Select the dial pad number that you want to assign
    5. Choose the desired contact that you want to assign to the dial pad number

    Importing Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon from the home screen
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Import / Export"
    4. Tap "Import from SD Card"
    5. Select the account on which you wish to import the contacts
    6. Tap "OK" to confirm
    7. Select "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
    8. Tap "OK" and if necessary, select the desired vCard file(s) and tap "OK" once more

    Exporting Contacts to the SD Card:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application and go to the "Contacts" tab
    2. Press the "Menu" button
    3. Tap "Import / Export"
    4. Select "Export to SD card" > "OK"

    Importing Contacts from the SIM Card:

    1. Tap "Contacts" while on the home screen
    2. If necessary, access the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Import / Export"
    4. Select "Import from SIM card"
    5. Select the account to import the contacts to, and tap "OK"
    6. Mark the check boxes associated with the desired contacts. Optionally, you can tap "Select all"
    7. Tap "Done"

    Exporting Contacts to the SIM Card:

    1. Access the "Contacts" app, and the "Contacts" tab
    2. Press "Menu" > "Import / Export"
    3. Select "Export to SIM card"
    4. Choose the desired contacts, or tap "Select all"
    5. Tap "Done" and press "OK"

    Deleting Contacts:

    1. While on a home screen, tap the "Contacts" app
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab. NOTE: to delete contacts from a specific contact list (such as Google), press "Menu" > "Contacts to display" and choose the desired list
    3. Press "Menu" > "Delete"
    4. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you want to delete. Optionally, tap "Select all"
    5. Tap "Delete" > "OK"

    Managing Groups

    Creating a New Caller Group:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
    2. Tap the "Groups" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" capacitive key and tap "Create"
    4. Type in the group's name
    5. Select "Add member" and mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you want to add to the group
    6. Tap "Done" > "Save"

    Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

    NOTE: you can add contacts to groups, only if the contacts are saved on the to "Phone" or a Google account

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
    2. Access the "Groups" tab and select the desired group
    3. Press the "+" icon, or tap "Menu" > "Edit" > "Add member"
    4. Place a check mark next to the contacts that you want to add, or tap "Select all"
    5. Tap "Done"
