Backing Up Applications:

1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
2. Tap "LG Backup" > "Backup"
3. Mark the check boxes next to "LG Apps" and "Downloaded apps"
4. Clear the check boxes associated with items that are not applications
5. Tap "Next" and select to back up the apps on the "Internal storage" or "use the lock when creating backup file"
6. Tap "Start" and press "Done" when ready

Backing Up Contacts, Calendars and Messages:

1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
2. Tap "LG Backup" and select "Backup"
3. Mark the check box next to "Personal data" to back up messages, contacts and calendars
4. Clear the check boxes next to non-application items
5. Tap "Next" and select either "Internal storage" or "Use the lock when creating backup file"
6. Tap "Start" and "Done"

Backing Up Media Files:

1. Tap the "Apps" icon from the home screen
2. Select "LG Backup" and tap "Backup"
3. Mark the "Media data" check box to back up videos, photos, documents and music files
4. Deselect the check boxes next to non-app items
5. Tap "Next" and tap "Internal storage" or "Use the lock when creating backup file"
6. Tap "Start". When ready, tap "Done"
