    Contact Management

    Adding a New Contact:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
    2. Access the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Add contact +" button
    4. Select the location where you want to save the contact, such as "Device", "SIM", "Add new account" etc. If the pop-up does not appear, tap the "drop-down" arrow associated with "Save". (NOTE: when selecting "Add new account" you will have to follow further on-screen prompts to register your account)
    5. Tap the "Name" field and type in the desired contact's name
    6. Enter the contact's phone number in the appropriate field
    7. Add any extra information about the contact as you see fit
    8. When ready, tap "Save"

    Importing Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Tap "Contacts" while on a home screen
    2. Tap the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" key and select "Import / Export"
    4. Tap "Import from SD card"
    5. Select the account on which you wish to import the contacts
    6. Choose to "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
    7. Tap "OK" and if necessary, select the desired vCard file and press "OK" again

    Exporting Contacts to the SD Card:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab and press the "Menu" button
    3. Tap "Import / Export" > "Export to SD card"
    4. Tap "OK" to confirm

    Importing Contacts from the SIM Card:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Tap the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
    4. Select "Import from SIM card" and select the account on which you wish to import the contacts
    5. Choose the contacts that you want to import, or tap "Select all"
    6. Press "Done"

    Exporting Contacts to the SIM Card:

    1. From the "Contacts" app, tap the "Contacts" tab
    2. Press the "Menu" button
    3. Tap "Import / Export" > "Export to SIM card"
    4. Select the contacts that you wish to copy
    5. Press "Done" and tap "OK"

    Assigning a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon from the home screen
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
    3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Speed dial setting"
    4. Select the dial pad number you wish to use for speed dialing
    5. Choose the contact that you wish to assign to the selected dial pad number

    Deleting Contacts:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" app and access the "Contacts" tab
    2. To delete contacts from a single list such as "Google", press "Menu", tap "Contacts to display" and choose the desired list
    3. Press "Menu" > "Delete"
    4. Mark the check boxes associated with the contacts that you want to delete. Optionally, tap "Select all"
    5. Tap "Delete" > "OK"

    Managing Groups

    Creating a New Caller Group:

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
    2. Go to the "Groups" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" button
    4. Tap "Create"
    5. Type in the name for the group
    6. Tap the "Add member" button and mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you wish to add in the group
    7. Tap "Done" and press "Save"

    Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Access the "Groups" tab
    3. Select the desired group
    4. Press the "+" icon, or press "Menu" > "Edit" > "Add member"
    5. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you wish to add. Optionally, tap "Select all"
    6. Tap "Done" > "Save"
