If your wi-fi connection still isn't working then you should download a wifi diagnostic app and see what is going on with the connection.

The Note 3 has a feature that will automatically switch networks that are available depending on the one with the better signal. People have been reporting issues with this. Your best bet for now is to just turn it off.

Go to settings > wi-fi > menu > advanced. Uncheck the box for "Auto Network Switch".

For some reason the wi-fi on my new Note 3 will not stay connected. Most of the time it is connected to my home router then it will disconnect and day the signal is unstable or something. It can't be that unstable since I'm pretty close to my router sometimes when it happens. I never had this problem with my old phone.

    Any ideas?
