    Call Blocking

NOTE: While the Xperia T2 Ultra doesn't offer a wide range of call blocking features, you can use the call barring function to prevent incoming or outgoing calls from connecting.

Blocking Calls via Third Party Apps:

If you're looking for a wider range of call blocking options, you can always use certain third party apps, such as "Call Blacklist", "Call Blocker" or "Call Control". These apps (and similar ones) offer the option to block calls, messages; they come with call logs, notifications, password protection and more.
