you need to go to the actual file of the sound either through a file manager application or a music player on the phone. Once you are there you should be able to long press on it and delete.

Setting/Sound/notifications then long press does not work. No pop up, no delete. Any other suggestions?

Just long press on the ringtone and select the option to delete it.

Thanks, but how do I find File Manager on this phone?

You can use file manager, and then browse to the folder and delete those ringtones.

Accidentally downloaded a couple horrible ring tones and notification tones from Zedge. Other than resetting my phone and losing everything I have on it, is there a way to remove those tones from my phone? They are located in Settings/ Sounds/My Notifications,( not LG notifications). Thanks.
