    Get a custom ROM to flash out the old one, then things should be normal. Backup your data before this.

    Hi,

    Sounds like your OTA (over the air) update has failed. Best think you can do is to download a new firmware (from samsung-updates.com for example) and then flash it to your phone. If you google for 'N7000 flash guide' you'll find plenty of sites with step-by-step guides on how to do this.

    After flashing the phone it will be ok again. Note that all data on the phone will be erased so make a back-up of all your photos / contacts etc.

    Hi, i am having Samsung Note 1 (model GT-N7000). Recently i got a message to upgrade my android system and got it updated..However i am getting the following messages repeatedly.

    "Unfortunately,com.android.browser has stopped"
    "Messaging is not responding.would you like to close it"

    Further my phone gets hanged up so often and what should i do. can i go for factory reset.? please help me to get the issued fixed.
