    Contact Management

    Adding a New Contact:

    1. From the home screen, tap the "Contacts" icon
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "+" button
    4. Select the location where you wish to save the contacts, such as "Google", "SIM Card", "Device" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
    5. Enter the contact's name
    6. Type in the contact's phone number in the appropriate field
    7. Complete the contact's information as you see fit
    8. When you're done completing the contact information, tap "Save"

    Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
    3. Tap "Menu" and go to "Speed dial"
    4. Choose the number that you want to use for speed dialing
    5. Select the contact that you want to assign to the dial pad number

    Deleting a Contact:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
    2. Access the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" key
    4. Tap "Delete"
    5. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you wish to remove
    6. Tap "Done"
    7. Lastly, press "OK"

    Contact Import / Export

    Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Access the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" key
    4. Tap "Settings" > "Contacts" > "Import / Export"
    5. Perform one of the following:
      • To export contacts to the SD card:
        1. Tap "Export to SD card"
        2. Press "OK"
      • To import contacts from the SD card:
        1. Tap "import from SD card"
        2. Select the location where you wish to import the contacts
        3. Tap "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
        4. Press "OK" and if necessary, select the desired vCard file and tap "OK" once again

    Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SIM Card:

    1. From the home screen, tap the "Contacts" icon
    2. Access the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" key
    4. Tap "Settings" > "Contacts"
    5. Tap "Import / Export"
    6. Follow one of the two sets of steps below:
      • To export contacts to the SIM card:
        1. Tap "Export to SIM card"
        2. Choose the contacts that you wish to export (Optionally, tap "Select all")
        3. Tap "Done" > "OK"
      • To import contacts from the SIM card:
        1. Tap "Import from SIM card"
        2. Select the location or the account where you wish to import the contacts
        3. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you wish to import, or tap "Select all"
        4. Tap "Done"

    Importing / Exporting Contacts from USB Storage:

    1. From the "Contacts" app, access the "Contacts" tab
    2. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
    3. Tap "Contacts" > "Import / Export"
    4. Choose to either "Export to USB Storage" or "Import from USB storage"
    5. Follow any on-screen prompts

    Managing Caller Groups

    Creating a New Caller Group:

    1. From the home screen, tap the "Contacts" icon
    2. Access the "Groups" icon under "Favorites", depicting a "+" symbol
    3. Tap "Create"
    4. Enter a name for the group
    5. To add members, tap "Add member" and mark the check boxes associated with the desired contacts
    6. Tap "Done" > "Save"

    Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" app
    2. Go to the "Groups" section by tapping the "+" sign
    3. Select the desired group
    4. Tap "+" and mark the contacts that you wish to add to the group
    5. When ready, tap "Done"
