    Enabling Easy Mode:

    NOTE: Easy mode is a new TouchWiz feature, which enables you to switch the layout in order to feature a simpler home screen and bigger icons. The easy mode home screen can be customized with frequently used apps etc. In order to enable easy mode:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon while on the home screen
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Tap "Easy mode" > "Easy mode"
    4. Choose the application that you wish to apply a simple layout to
    5. Tap "Done"
    6. To add shortcuts to the home screen, swipe left and tap "+". Then, select an app
    7. If you want to add contacts to the home screen, swipe right and tap "Contacts"
    8. To remove items from the home screen, tap "menu" > "edit", and tap the "-" button associated with the desired app / contact

    Managing the Apps Drawer:

    Changing the View Mode:

    1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Tap the "Menu" icon
    3. Select "View as" and choose a sorting method

    Hiding Apps from the Apps Drawer:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Press "Menu" > "hide apps"
    3. Select the apps that you wish to hide
    4. Tap "Done"
    5. To make the applications visible again, tap "Menu" > "Show hidden apps" > select the apps > "Done"

    Creating Folders within the App Drawer:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
    2. Press "Menu" > "Create folder". (Alternatively, tap "Menu" > "edit" > Tap and hold an app and drag iot over the "Create folder" option)
    3. Enter the folder's name
    4. To add apps in the folder, tap the "+" button
    5. Tap "Done" to confirm the changes

    Moving Shortcuts in the Apps Screen:

    1. Launch the apps drawer
    2. Tap "Menu" > "edit"
    3. Tap and hold an app shortcut, and drag it to a different location
    4. To move the shortcut to a different panel, drag it at the edge of the screen
    5. If you wish to create a new panel containing a shortcut, drag the app shortcut on top of the "Create page" area

    Managing the Home Screen

    Adding Items to the Home Screen:

    • To add an app, tap the "apps" button and drag > drop the desired app on top of the home screen
    • To add widgets, tap and hold an empty spot on the home screen > "Widgets" > tap and hold the desired widget and drag it over the home screen
    • To remove an item, tap and hold it, and drag > drop it over the "Remove" button
    • To move an item, tap and hold it > drag and drop it to the desired location

    Creating Folders on the Home Screen:

    1. From the desired home screen, tap and hold a shortcut
    2. Drag the shortcut on top of the "Create folder" field
    3. Enter the folder's name
    4. Tap the "+" icon to add shortcuts to the folder
    5. Tap "Done"

    Changing the Wallpaper:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon while on the home screen
    2. Tap "Settings" > "Wallpaper"
    3. Select the screen where you wish to change the wallpaper
    4. Scroll to the available images, or, to select a wallpaper from a different location, tap "More images"
    5. After selecting the desired image, tap "Done" or "Set wallpaper"
