Apparently this feature doesn't work from the lock screen (as it did on the S4). I read that someone got it to work by putting the phone into car mode and then hitting the home button, then lock. I'm not sure if the AT&T phones have the car mode (pull down the notification menu with two fingers)

I don't really need standard instructions. I have set up s-voice several times. I have even changed the wake up command.
What I need is for someone to tell me that they have a phone just like mine and they can or cannot wake it up by audio command.
Thanks for advice some young guy.

you have to go into the actual app. You can do it by double-clicking on the home button or by opening the S Voice app from your list of applications. Once there, you should click on botttom left menu button to bring up the menu that contains the settings. The picture shows what needs to be checked to turn it on. Again, let me know if you need more instruction but this should work.

It was my understanding that I could wake my phone from lock screen and go into S-Voice by saying the wake up command "Hi Galaxy" as long as I had lock screen set to "Swipe" without password. I have tried everything for last week including changing wake up phrase per Samsung instructions and cannot get it to work.

    Anyone else having this problem?

Am I wrong about this feature?

    My phone is a Galaxy S5 AT&T SM-G900A
